Welcome to Loaning Cottage. This cosy holiday house in the Yorkshire Dales is available for holiday rental all year and provides the perfect base for exploring the beautiful area of the Yorkshire Dales with its glorious landscape, fascinating history and friendly villages.

Loaning Cottage is situated in the centre of the village of West Witton across the road from the Post Office and a down hill walk of some 30 seconds to the Fox & Hounds Pub, which serves excellent pub food and a great selection of fine Beers.

An up hill walk of 45 seconds will bring you to the Wensleydale Heifer and its famous Seafood Restaurant.

Our Holiday Cottage comprises of a small Cosy Sitting Room with open fire and exposed beams alongside a small but well fitted out Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge.

On the first floor is a double bedroom and the main bathroom with electric shower.
On the next floor there is a dormer style bedroom with a double bed and a pull out futon bed.

The house is small but well appointed and the word “Cosy” fits it perfectly.
